Merry and Colleen kept me company today. I love il Studiolo. Resent my job. Just want to paint everyday. And it's not good for my hands to do all that heavy labor.
Copper almost caught a jack rabbit again. I am going to paint a rabbit just like the ancients did before the hunt. just for her.

land of milk and honey

this morning was given an interesting gift from Gardner, Co. --Cousin sent it by wave of neighbors. I like it, it is heavy and won't blow away in the spring wind. Cut up a tank, rusted it and enamelled it into a plantar or lantern. Today found out that the radio station I like is a pirate station, hope it doesn't get in trouble. That reminds me when I was a kid, worried that they would "run out of notes" for music.
Except for all the renditions, but supposedly if you look at anything close enough, it reveals new universes. This I think pertains to the string of creativity-the spawn of ideas eternally birthing. But they say there is nothing new under the sun of the art world.
And innocence. Anything is possible Thats okay with me I love all the old stuff too. It's innocent. Innocence. The why questions are boggling- they fuck up my peace. There's a quote by Henry Miller about if you look at anything closely it will become awesome and an entire world unto itself. that is so true.
I birthed a new painting. Yes, they are like children to me.
